Camping it up!

Monday both Russell and I were done with FINALS so we decided to get a group together and go to his cabin in Bear Lake! We 'FEASTED' on tin foil dinners and smores and hung out around the campfire! It was good times!

So we have TWO new additions to our family- my little nephew COLE and my fiance RUSSELL! This is a picture from COLE's baby blessing this past Sunday!

Where it all began...

This is us and the gang when we went to Greg's cabin! We went extreme sledding, ate belt busters, and played hand and foot all night long! We decided this is when we officially started dating! Russ almost kissed me that night for the first time... but then it took him a month longer- but it was definitely worth the wait!! :)

Today me and Russ went to Maddox with Grandma and Grandpa Ferry! Then we visited his High School friend Buzz Barker and I learned all about Russ's high school days!! It was quite entertaining!! :) So we wanted to post more pics on here! This is one of my favorite pictures of us! This was right before I left for Spring Break and Russ took me to a park and had a cute candle light dinner. It was way fun...even though it was FREEZING!!

This is one of my favorite pictures! This is my best friend Chelsea Olsen and her fiance Greg! They got engaged a couple months ago and now we're following in their footsteps! This was taken at the IWA dance which both guys LOVED because they LOVE to bust a move!

It's OFFICIAL!!

Russell Ferry and I are getting MARRIED August 5th, 2008 in the Bountiful Temple. We are super excited to start our new life together! He proposed last Wednesday and it was super cute! He left a rose and note on my bed and told me to meet him at the institute (where we first met) and I couldn't find him but there was a rose and note there that told me to go to our first date (the Ellen Eccles theater) then there was another rose and note there that gave me an address and I totally got lost. He tried to recreate our first kiss but that was in Corinne so he found some cows in Logan! I finally found the cows but what I really wanted to find was him! I finally did because the next note told me to go to the temple. He was there with a bunch of roses and he was dressed up in a white shirt and tie and I was so excited to see him! I read the last note and then he proposed! He is incredible! I never really understood what people meant by 'marry up' and 'don't settle' but now I do because I am definitley taking that advice! We didn't tell anyone (well...almost) before we got engaged so it was a major surprise for everyone! :)

So I don't know if it's legal for me to start a blog for Russ and me because we're not getting married til August but I did! oops!

Hello blogging!

So I finally broke down and am ready to dive into the world of blogging! I'll confess right now that I don't know how good I'll be at this and how much I'll keep it up but it's worth a try!
