PINWHEEL RECIPIE!!

At our Preschool Christmas Party I tried the best cheesy roll things I've ever had. They called them pinwheels. I got the recipie and made them at least three times over the break! They are such an easy bread recipie and taste amazing! I've being finding recipies on blogs lately so I thought it would be nice of me to share the joy and blog this recipie. Sorry I don't have a picture. I'll add one the next time I make them. They look like cinnamon rolls with cheese! Enjoy!!

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter oil (I don't know what this is so I just use vegetable oil)
1/4 cup yeast
1/8 cup salt
4 cups hot water
Mix together and let rise (I know that sounds weird but you just mix it and I let it sit for around a half hour (or longer) in a warm spot!)

Add about 10 cups flour
Divide dough into two piles
Roll out about 18x15
Spread with garlic butter GENEROUSLY (2-3 sticks butter, garlic powder to taste and parsley)
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, LIBERALLY (the more the better)
Beginning at long side roll up cinnamon roll fashion
Using a dough cutter, cut into 1" slices (I just use a knife- I don't have all the fancy stuff!)
Lay flat on cookie sheet (the recipie says cover with parchment but I don't)
Bake at 400 degrees for around 15 minutes

You can serve them by themselves or dip in some kind of pizza or spaghetti sauce! This recipie makes a LOT so I've halfed the recipie before!
ENJOY!!!

I demand that you make these for me! I will probably just ruin them if I try. I'll be waiting...
