Even though he's a stinker sometimes, I can't get enough of this little guy.

GREEN EYES?!Link still has blue eyes but this picture that Russ took shows him with green...weird. I guess only time will tell!!

Linc is so cute! I am glad that he is doing so well and that you are enjoying every minute! They grow up so dang fast that you need to enjoy it all!

So cute!!! Glad things are going well. I hope you got the stomach issues all figured out. One more thing these heart kiddos have to deal with! It's going to be a while before Lucas ever eats "normally" with no tubes or extra paraphernalia.
What a sweet boy you have! Deacon has REALLY bad acid reflux too. But... like someone commented on your last post, they do grow out of it. Thank goodness, huh? The more baby food we give Deacon, the less he spits up. So we look forward to the days to come. We tried giving him Zantac, but I actually thought it made him worse. Then the doctor presribed Prevacid. It worked wonders, but they don't make an "infant" Prevacid, so you have to give him an adult medication and I was a little hesitant about that. It's also REALLY expensive, but we needed something that worked.
Also... I don't know if you breastfeed, (my milk never came in) but if you do formula, they make one called Enfamil A.R. (added rice) it's really thick, so it sits heavier in their stomach. There's also a Walmart brand called Parent's Choice Added Rice Starch. Deacon liked the Walmart brand better. But the thicker formula helped SO much. He still spit up, but it wasn't so explosive and he stops acting like it hurt him to eat.
However, the thicker formula does bring on the constipation. The Dr. told me to add dark karo syrup to some bottles and that was the only way he could poop without straining so hard. Now that he's eating more fruits and veggies, he goes on his own and it is great!!!!
So, there's my little addition to things you could try. I'm sure you've had plenty of advice. If you have any questions let me know!
