This morning Link went in for the BT Shunt. The surgeon said that his surgery went well and he is doing fine thus far. He is still intubated and has multiple IV's that they will wean off of him throughout the week. We will most likely be in the PICU for another week then on the floor (recovery) for the next week then we're headed HOME!!! Thank you for all of your prayers today. We appreciate your love and concern so much!

YEAH!!! We have been awaiting the news! Thanks for always taking time to update us on your lives. You guys mean so much to us and we really appreciate it. Loved the videos...he just might be getting the red hair. SO CUTE!! He looks so much older with a binki in. We are so happy that the surgery went well. Can't wait to see this little guy in person!
So happy all is going well for your family!! I was just so relieved that someone could help take care of our baby when he was born 7 weeks early! I can't help but wonder if you feel the same way! Lincoln is so handsome! Rest up while you can ... when you get him home he will keep you hopping! Take good care!
Yay! Miles' first question when we told him all went well was "Can we touch him now?" I told him Whitney would tell us when we could see him. He looks great!

We've been checking in on your blog daily and watching, hoping, & praying as things have progressed with little Link. We're so glad surgery went well and that you've got a 'going home' date to look forward to. Best of luck in the next couple weeks.
