So, my background disappeared and they made me put a new background on my blog but I couldn't change my font color from blue to black. I did it before but I looked all over this time and could not figure it out! So I had to go back to a temporary dark background. Can someone help me!!!!!?

I can tell you! I just had to redo mine because I had the same background issues. Blogger changed stuff around a little, but it's not to hard.
--In the top right click "design"
--On the top left click "template designer"
--on the left click "advanced"
--you can edit any of your text colors here, ie, post, sidebars, etc!
